The villa sleeps up to eight people and offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large balcony off the master bedroom and an expansive 50 square meter shaded terrace perfect for dining and relaxing. Tucked away amongst tropical gardens, the villa is next to a gorgeous swimming pool complete with modern sun loungers and just 20 steps from a secluded beach with views of Koh Phangan.

The first floor features a spacious open-plan living room furnished with a cozy corner sofa, coffee tables and a flat-screen cable TV. Two sets of double doors lead to a large shaded terrace with a comfortable seating area equipped with ceiling fans, sun loungers and a dining table for eight people. To the rear of the living area is a modern open plan kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances including a stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. A full set of crockery and cutlery is also provided.

Beyond the kitchen is a hallway that leads to the downstairs bedroom. This bedroom has a King-size bed and is connected to the bathroom. The corridor takes you up to the second floor where there are two more bedrooms with King-size beds that share a bathroom. At the front of the villa is the spacious master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom. Double doors open onto a balcony where you can relax and enjoy views of the sea, tropical gardens and pool. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

There are only six villas on the property, built in a similar style. The villas surround a large central pool, which includes a separate children’s pool, hot tub and lounge chairs.
In the evenings, during certain seasons, you can watch a fleet of fishing boats lighting up the horizons of the Gulf of Thailand in search of squid, crabs and other delicacies for your table. Within a five-minute walking radius along the beach are restaurants serving traditional Thai cuisine and international specialties. Alternatively, just across the main road you can order takeaway food to be delivered to the villa.
