Upon entering through the main veranda, you are greeted by an open plan living room finished in teak wood. The comfortable living room adjoins the dining area, which comfortably seats up to 8 guests.
For guest entertainment, the villa has an LED TV, DVD player and access to internet TV channels offering a wide selection of sports, news and over 1000 movies on demand.
The living area flows seamlessly into a large terrace equipped with ceiling fans, an outdoor dining table and sun loungers. It is the perfect place to relax and admire the view of the beach across the pool. The terrace is also enclosed for the safety of younger guests, ensuring they are protected from accessing the pool.
The fully equipped open plan kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including a 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and two fridge/freezers. The spacious bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king-size bed and opens directly onto the veranda. There is plenty of space in this room and an extra bed can be added if required.

Double doors open onto a large upper balcony and sun terrace, offering stunning sea views, with Koh Phangan visible in the distance. Adjoining bathroom with dressing room and plenty of cupboards for your convenience.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located at the rear of the villa and each has a small private balcony overlooking the hills.
